Welcome to CountAllPro, a provider of professional accounting with total precision. These Terms of Service govern your use of services offered at CountAllPro.com. Effective Year 2025.

“Services” encompasses:

Professional Accounting Services: tailored processing, reporting, and consultation services.
Information Products: digital guides, templates, and learning materials.
Goods: physical items related to accounting practice and office supplies.

2. Professional Accounting Services

CountAllPro delivers personalized solutions including bookkeeping, tax preparation, audit support, and consulting. Scheduling and scope are agreed in advance.

3. Information Products

CountAllPro provides digital materials such as e-books, templates, and training modules, delivered electronically after payment.

4. Goods

Where applicable, CountAllPro supplies office supplies and printed materials. Delivery terms apply as set at time of purchase.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as specified at the time of order. Payment methods are noted during checkout. Access to services or products is granted upon receipt of full fee.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Professional Accounting Services

Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled sessions. Cancellation made no less than 48 hours before the session start time will receive a full refund of the service fee. Requests within 48 hours will not qualify for a refund but may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Certain services such as expedited assignments or custom reporting are non-refundable due to resource allocation and planning commitments.

6.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund of digital materials must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and prior to any download or access. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a refund when a request is made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days following receipt and inspection of items sent back.
